Open when you need them!!!!nnPost-Hurricane Zeta, there was a mad scramble to move some money... and I was able to make all my financial transactions at one time.nnDeposit please.nnLove that this location is open lateR than most financial institutions on a Saturday, somehow or another 12pm comes so quickly.nnThis is a shared co-op so if your credit union is a member of the co-op, you can make deposits & withdrawals from your credit union account; this is a definite PLUS when banking with a credit union.nnFriendly staff. Particularly Ms Kendra at this Airline Hwy location, she was able to chime in, assist Ms Pinna & make it a GREAT GREAT DAY for me.

Absolutely Greedy. This company financed a vehicle for me in 2012. For 3 + years I religiously made my monthly payment NEVER EVER being late. In 2016 when South Louisiana flooded, I along with many others suffered severe damage to my home. The vehicle I was financing was also totaled. The insurance company crooks ( that’s another story of absolute greed ) paid off all but $548 of the total owed. That check was sent to the finance company. Then the constant harassment began. I spent the following year rebuilding my home and every spare penny I had went into the rebuild. So I had the choice of restoring my home along with still paying the mortgage and other monthly bills or giving up necessities and paying GREEDY JEFFERSON FINANCIAL their last note. I choose not to pay them. So they got 3 + years of NEVER LATE payments at 12.99% interest, + the check from the insurance company after the flood and the original down payment. Should have I made the last payment, sure, never missed one before the flood. But now I’m being sued by them for that last payment. Yeah, I owe it to them I suppose, but DECENCY and understanding is something you WILL NOT RECIEVE when dealing with this company.

Well. When i went in every thing was lovely. Beatifull floors walls clean this bank was what any investor would want. The teller was very helpful. But in the end when i was on the phone i could hear someone saying cancel that loan. Cancel that loan. And they didn't just say it. They kindof yelled it so. I guess I'll be going to other credt unions non hateful ones.
