The atmosphere is great. The food specials are misleading, by this I mean the Fried rice that is advertised is not the rice you will receive. Plain yellow rice is what you get. The grilled chicken on that same advisement are small in size as if it is not from a breast @ all. One thing I say they prepare very well is the Sushi. So try them for yourself & see how you like it.
We love Nagoya. Lots of selections and excellent flavors. Be aware though: there are more than one menus available online which makes ordering by phone confusing.
They were horrible didn’t even have their staff properly trained. Didn’t even sit us down with utensils, the server didn’t even explain the menu properly. Tried to push an extra item on to my order that I didn’t ask for. The manager got rude with me. Came to their establishment hungry as ever & left disgusted with not even an appetite anymore. I’m a actual chef & would never treat any customer like that. It was my first experience with Nagoya & I will NEVER return.
It is sushi, but not the best out there. The grease must be too cold when they fry the shrimp or they need to reinvent their batter. Its less than tasteful. I bought 4 rolls for myself and my wife, we couldn't even eat half, and not for lack of hunger.nnMy wife advised me not to order and I did unfortunately. Its relatively tasteless compared to the higher end rolls. I used to love this place. Not sure if they changed or my tastes, but its not as good as I prefer these days.
Good portions for the price. They have the best yum-yum sauce. Friendly.
