Employees allowed to go out of order on the sign-in sheet to take care of customers that they know. Ended up waiting 2+ hrs just to watch people come in after we got there getting pushed to the front of the line. Horrible service and will not be going back due to this.

Was a great place to go until Coronavirus. They don't enforce masks, and I was told to take mine off. It's just really disgusting.

Overall, always a great experience. Can get pretty backed up on at times due to popularity. I find mornings just after opening (9:00 weekedays) to be a pretty reliable time to find a short wait.

Awesome place. Very relaxing with top service. Very skilled stylists too. I would recommend this place for anyone, men and women. Classy.
