Simple order of Happy Meal in the drive thru turned into major hassle of headache level and left me in a really bad mood. Was going to order a shake, but couldn’t get the person back on the speaker (they shut me off) Was charged for something that was supposed to be included, cashier argued with me that it was included, even though I was being charged. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the manager was extremely gracious and accommodating (when they finally called her over) when furnishing my refund. The employees need to pay more attention to her and emulate the fine example of customer service and how things are supposed to be done.

They were supper nice and fast. They forgot my hash brown but brought it right out to me and gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich.

Half the time they get your order wrong. When you bring it to their attention they get mad. 8 outta 10 they NEVER put the apple slices in the chicken nugget meal. (Even though I ordered them and ask the worker at the window to make sure the apple slices are in the box) open it up and they aren't there. Very few nice people.. no one smiles and they aren't respectful. Most of the time the workers are on their cell phones and not paying attention.

Worst customer service! Made me wait at the speaker, to take my order, for 10 min. Then it took me another 15min just to get my food. I asked for ranch packs and they tried to charge me. Ice cream machine never works! And the employees are super rude! Do not recommend!!!! They are definitely one of the worst mcdonald's I have ever dealt with. Food is always cold and throw together!
