I live around the corner from here. Took the city well over 6 months to remove a needle from the park and as a veteran there are cars constantly parking on the grass there. Completely on the grass. I've called the police numerous times and nothing is ever done. ..so glad this is a park with a beautiful monument for veterans but the family on the corner doesn't care and disrespects it constantly . Wake up Quincy!
