Best ground deer and jalapeño cheese sausage ever. Sweet heat sausage is a little too hot for my taste. Will definitely use them over the Shreveport and Bossier options from now on. Also a plus, the place smells great not like rotting meat.

Only place to go for easy pickup and good processing.
The Jalapeno and Cheese sausage is excellent. I dropped off on a Sunday afternoon and my order was ready for pickup the following Wednesday afternoon. I did bring my deer in cubed up so it was ready for grinding immediately. I like that they package sausage by the pound instead of 2 pound packages like I've received from other processors. Very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use.
Just opened two package of back strap and found hair all over it. Prolly want use this processing plant again . Kind of disappointed in the quality control. Nothing wrong with the people up there, they were all very friendly.
