Do not use!!!!!!!!! Will over charge..charged 90 dollars for dolleys then used a flat bed to hual it........scammers...be wanted.
The driver was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. He also had a great sense of humor and went out of his way to make sure the shop my car was headed to has some answers for my car dying after I had just picked it up. Would recommend.
Joe, associate that helped me, called and confirmed my location and was there within 20 minutes. Joe was very professional, personable and did everything he could to make sure my tire was fixed and replaced that same evening- including helping me call many shops until we found one that was still open. Kidd’s provided great service, I would recommend and use them again!
Your tow truck with license plate number 192632 run a red light on State Ave in front of the KCKCC entrance, while NOT on an accident scene THEN speed up College Parkway in excess of 50 mph, a 40 MPH zone. At about 7:30pm on 16Mar2021. It's safety practices such as these that encourages me to use OTHER towing services for my vehicle recovery needs!
I want to thank Austin for just looking at what was wrong with my car before anything. I had another company come to jump it because I thought it was the battery, turns out something else was wrong and they left. Austin came, asked what’s wrong, and politely asked if he can check it out and WOW my car was revived. He is very knowledgeable and suggested I should go get it checked out just to be safe.
