Would absolutely use this place again in the future! Highly recommend!! I moved to GA from Las Vegas and used a container company to move my items. Rocky Face storage went above and beyond. They gave me an storage unit on the far end side so that my container could be dropped right outside if it! They also allowed the container to be delivered without me present.( which was a blessing.. bc I was still traveling across) such an easy process!!! Each month they text you the updated code to the gate so that you have access whenever you want. Always very very clean and felt safe when I was there. Also GREAT location right off of 75.

I rented units from the owner Tom for almost 20 years and I am going to tell you that he is the only person who has understanding, patience and a smile. Honest good man, great businessman.

Do not rent from here. I asked when we first were considering renting out this unit if it would stand up to all weather conditions because I was worried about water or harsh cold damaging all my items. The guy assured me everything would be safe. For the first couple on months it was fine. On March 4th we moved out of the unit only to find a huge hole in the ceiling and a ton of water damage in the corner. I know it's been raining a lot so you would think the owner would be checking the roof to insure safety. That was not the case. Our bill was due on the first of every month so when we moved out 4 days after paying for it he refused to give us back our last months rent in return for all my ruined items. Its sorry management and sorry buildings. If you value what you are putting up I STRONGLY reccomend finding another place.
