I would give less of a rating if i could. I stred my belongings there for 2 months and when we arrived to get our things we find that its almost all molded from the leaking roofs of the unit. As i inspected to see where the water come from i discovered patches in the roof where they had attempted to patch it before. I want to see how they handle this before i comment further.
If I could give less than one star or even negative stars, I would. Serious rat, rodent, and insect infestation problem. Been with Econostorre for many years and did not have these problems before they were bought out by 10 Federal. 10 Federal Storage is also based out of North Carolina so when you have problems, you are calling a call center that may or may not have a helpful agent on the other end of the line. Horrible.experience all around. Trying for several months to movenout but their new lock was defective andnwe could not remove it. Had. to wait on maintenance to come and cut their own lock off and place another one on. Was not notified when lock was replaced.as.promised by call center agent. Poor service from a company that only cares about money instead of customers.
