Drop and hook.there's pilot truck stop at this exit #60.
When you check in you get a parking spot to drop your trailer. Disconnect and park in bobtail area. Check in across from the bobtail parking. The yard drivers put the trailer in a door and in a new parking spot. Took about 2 hrs. They call you when your paperwork is done. They tell you when you get your paperwork in hand where your trailer is located. 5 stars for the pilot truck stop thats 1/2 mile from this location. They put string on your trailer doors holding them open. Make sure you have scissors or some type of cutters to cut the string.
Always in and out nice helpful people plenty of room to maneuver
I can honestly say I am not impressed with this place. It is now 6 hours since the trailer got in the door and still not unloaded. Iv been at worst then this but its still dumb to take this long. But nice thing is there is a pilot down the road you can PC off target property to get a shower get food or a couple new movies I mean you got time.
Extremely slow process for loading and unloading. Although nice, they could care less about your time and money. They left 16 boxes on my trailer for an unknown reason. Had to back up to the dock again to finish unloading.
