Management is pleased to report that after installing a state of the art video security system and weeks of working with the Tifton Police, the culprit who has been breaking into units has been caught! It appears to have been the same person for all break-ins and the police figured out what he was doing and caught him. Many stolen items have been recovered and returned to their rightful owners. If you were a victim please contact Lt Daniel Ray at the Tifton Police to see if any of your valuables were found. Speaking of Lt. Ray, a hearty THANK YOU to him for his tireless efforts on this case! We regret very much that this individual harmed some of our customers and are committed to making our facility safe and secure.

Several Thousand dollars in tools and furniture stolen. No cameras. Bad location. Better insure your stuff.nnJan. 2- Update- It's been several weeks since theft , again DO NOT USE this company. Their insurance is a joke. Nothing but the run around. Still haven't heard from owner.

I've used storage all over the country and the customer service here is as good as anywhere I've ever seen. Super friendly, my unit was clean and the door seemed brand new. PLUS...the price was right!

Storage unit broken into and over $15,000 worth of tools stolen. Received an email that our lock was missing from the company and then was unable to contact the owner all day with no return call...have to have a code to open gate so whoever stole these tools and tool box that takes 3 grown men to move had to have a key code to enter! Looks like several break ins in the last few weeks according to the reviews.
