Did the curbside pickup. After three employees walk outside to smoke instead of bring out my order. I went through the drive thru. This lady was very nice. I guess smoking on the job is more important to others than customer service.

So, I just attempted to order from Domino’s. They HUNG up on me. See a few years ago the post office changed our address so it doesn’t show up on the apps and we have to call in. Today When I was attempting to explain that to Domino’s they told me they don’t accept delivery orders over the phone. I told her know they deliver in this area because I have seen them but our address doesn’t pull up on the app. The girl asked me if I would like to talk to a manager and I said sure. I asked them if they delivered to subdivision. They told me no. I asked them when they changed their policy for delivery and they repeated they do not take orders over phone and they aren’t responsible for Internet errors. I asked them if they stopped delivering to this area because I saw them deliver here this 3 times this weekend and I would let my HOA know if the was a change and they no longer delivered here. The manager slammed the phone down and hung up on me. So I ordered from Marco’s and our pizza is on the way. I teach lessons in customer service. This instance will be used in my classroom.nnSide note: a few months ago when I attempted to order from there over the phone they told me they were to busy to take my order and to call back in an hour and a half.

My order Was almost $60 And I gave a $10 tip but when I got my food in side it was cold and the bread ud83cudf5e was hard. I only thing I ate was Lava brownies. I live 1 mile away and to be cold is acceptable.

The past 2 times I have been there they have messed something off or it something off. We went to pick up an order that should have been ready when we got there. We got it and had the wrong bread and missing cinnamon twists. An hour later we leave with everything we was suppose to have. Come on Dominoes, I don't want to go to a different pizza place! js

the pepperoni pizza we ordered was the greasiest pizza i have EVER seen. There was literally a large puddle of grease on every slice. We had to put paper towels on top and bottom to try and remove the grease. awful guys, u can do better and should know better than to serve that.
