I’ll never understand everyone’s bad experiences with this Pizza Hut. I’ve ordered from this one ever since I’ve moved on this side of town. They always get my order right & deliver it fast with nice drivers. I use the app to order with zero troubles. I really love & respect this franchise. Only ever had one issue where my pizza was messed up while being delivered. Called & got a replacement later on. Very nice staff. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. I’m very loyal to it.
Customer Service is poor. Calling in and placing an order for delivery, having someone answer with an attitude of not wanting to be there with low vibes ruined it for me. Customer Service is everything to a business. It either makes or breaks it. Pizza was good!
Rude. Rude. Rude. Never ordering from this location ever again. Rudest customer service we've experienced from a Pizza Chain. We'll just be making our pizzas at home from now on.. Shoot even Walmart has some decent pizzas you can just pop in the oven.
This place was clean I mean whenever you're ordering and you're looking around to make sure they are in compliance with covid-19 and you see that this cook has a clean and kitchen you have to compliment him so will I drive way out the way to this pizza hut YES
I just have no words to begin to say how the individual answering the phones has made me feel. I'm glad but also saddened that I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with this franchise. Please do not call this facility if you wish to maintain an uplifted spirit.
