Stopped in here during our trip in Tennessee. Staff was very friendly and warm towards us. Drinks were made as ordered.nnThe overall atmosphere was inviting and it was very clean and well-kept. They have the collectible mugs for Tennessee here, so if you want to collect one, you can (approximately $13).nnThe only negative here is that the entry and exit are very close to a highway entry / exit ramp location so the traffic can be a bit tricky. Drive safe!nnOverall: AnSolid location with friendly staff and where you can grab a souvenir Tennessee mug!

Show the line was moving slow so I decided to use my app to save time..my order had a 15 minute wait time.. no problem until after 20 minutes still no one had called my name. Finally was able to speak to someone just to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. 30 to 40 minutes for a simple order is ridiculous.

Super nice people working there and super fast service. The drive through line was abysmal so I parked and bopped inside real quick for a doppio.nnThey were so fast and so nice I was really glad I did. I mean, I did need the caffeine mighty fiercely, but it was a delight to get it from these guys and made me smile for a little while further into my day

Customer in front of us paid our bill and didn't even know it was my birthday... how sweet was that, thank you ma'am very much! However only 3 stars because our latte appears to be missing either the toffee nut or the expresso, tasted like warm Breve vs a toffee nut latte

Entrance to this place can be tricky. There is no sitting inside or out. Bathroom is off limits. You will want to preorder here. Best to Curbside pickup or go inside. As the drive through gets packed. Service is professional & wonderful. Drinks & Food delicious. I love the Starbucks employee's. Never fails me to get great service.
