The employees are always helpful and friendly. The older woman infront of me was not familiar with what was what. They took the time to walk her through the menu and asked what she liked as far as coffee and flavors. It was awesome to see the employees take pride in their job and be so helpful to a customer. Kudos to the employees and the managers! Y'all are always on point. Keep up the great job!!
It's coffee! Even IF the service was bad they would get five stars. But the service is never bad. Although I did ask for an Everything bagel and when I got home I had a plain oneud83dude0f But it was still delish!
Love when I am on this side of town and can get an Ellianos coffee. My favorite is the frozen white chocolate mocha!! The employees are always very friendly here too!!!
