Although the length of my lease here has been limited, I found my experience to be exceptional! Langston was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable concerning any questions I had, and was a true professional in every sense. The price for my unit was absolutely reasonable. I reserved it online the evening before and the unit was prepared without hassle and at the price advertised. This facility exceeded my expectations well beyond my initial doubt. I would strongly recommend this storage facility to anyone thus far.
This place is simply awesome. Kind and courteous staff, VERY clean facility, and felt EXTREMELY safe going in and out even late at night! They were also extremely amazing and answered my after hours call when I called and asked for more time due to running late. THIS PLACE ROCKS! I really cannot recommend it enough!
Langston made the storage leasing process an amazing experience. The grounds were clean and the other tenants were pretty nice too.
Mr Walker, property manager, at the Hwy 155 location in McDonough Ga is a rare find . I have been in customer service for over 30 years. He is excellent and EXTREMELY considerate and kind. He knows his job. The facilities and rest rooms are clean. Whatever he is being paid it's too little ! Again, he is a rare find.
Amazing customer service. Langston is very respectful, friendly and accomodating. He is also flexible and willing to assist in any way he can to meet our needs. The facility is very nice and clean.
