Been calling this place for hours, the line is always busy and sometimes seems out of service
If I could give zero, or possibly negative stars, I would. This company, their employees and their delivery “services” are absolutely despicable. Avoid ordering any LG products at all costs through Home Depot, as their delivery/installation maintenance men are lazy, rude and both verbally and emotionally abusive to their customers. Never in my life have I ever had a grown man, a stranger at that, speak to me the way he did simply because of a refrigerator delivery. I will never purchase an LG product or anything through Home Depot ever again and will tell all my friends and family the same.
Be prepared to wait a long time outside in the sidewalk until they are ready. Appointments mean nothing here waited 5 hours to get docked and another two to three hours to get loaded waste of a whole day here. Truckers beware.
Worked there through a temp agency and they ended my assignment for no reason. Apparently this is something that happens often because one of the permanent employee's told me that many temps come through there and leave for either mistakes made or reasons unknown. I talked to the supervisor and asked why I'd been let go and he didn't have an explanation. So don't waste your time here it's a small warehouse with alot of guys that have been there for years and most are back stabbers.
