Great atmosphere to enjoy my workout. Wonderful staff and very helpful. Well maintained and very organized. Prices are affordable.
Steve is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who not only tailors the proper workout for each individual, but also assists with realistic nutritional guidance.
Not sure about the experience at the club, but the people who drive around on 128 with advertising all over their cars for SNF fitness are an ornery bunch that uses foul language and menacing gestures when traffic doesn't suit them. Not exactly the kind of people I'd want advising me about my physique.
