Exercising early is how I keep up with my day. I have been a member here for 2 years and so appreciate the consistency and care from the staff. Working out with like-minded women in small groups, is such an encouragement to me. Its about health, about being the best that I can be. Come and join us!

I love going to Get in Shape for Women in South Weymouth. The trainers are fantastic and motivating. the members are all so nice as well. I have become much stronger, my balance is better, and I've lost weight too. I couldn't be happier with my choice to join this wonderful community. Thank you to everyone!

I enjoy going to my workouts. The instructors are very dedicated and take the time to adjust exercises to accommodate special needs.the facilities are clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

So glad I joined this great group of women led by Renee! Get in Shape for Women in Weymouth has made a difference in my life. Strength training is crucial as we age and this has been a program I have been able to commit to. I needed the accountability so I find the appointment structure is what makes it work. Fitness is food, cardio and strength training TOGETHER. I have tried to do each separately with no success. ALL REAL FOOD. No plans, premade food or sales pressure. Real life approach. I struggle with low back issues and trainers kept me coming by modifying my routine. You get what you put in and no better partner than Get in Shape for Women in Weymouth!
