Best and most efficient place i have ever had the pleasure of working. I have never experienced a more polite and helpful human resource department ever. If all companies spent as much time interviewing and speaking with each candidate as BB&B then there wouldn't be so many people out there unemployed and looking for a job.
Showed up for a blood drive. Security is a joke. Don't think I was supposed to be in any of the places I went. Just wanted to give blood. The BB&B HR people told the Red Cross staff they would not let a non employee donate after I finally found the right place. They had bad turn out from the staff.
The best part about working for this company is service ud83dude4c ud83dudc4c. I love that they care enough about my life, and the life of my co-workers to have face masks, in hand ready as soon as you walk in the doors. They remind you to stay safe every 15 to 30 minutes through out the day. They are a company who isnt out to take away your 1st amendment. If you understand what I mean. Come as you are, as long as your able, and willing to work. The second biggest I seen since I have been with the company. They're really going by the book. Nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national orgin, sex, religion, or age. They show it and make it known. I respect that ud83dudcaf. I have never worked for a company like this before. They give you a extra five minute window to clock in and out. They don't count your restroom time, since they do have a overflowing amount of elderly people, that's great. They understand that it takes a village to make things shake. (Get the product out the door). People are going to communicate. And this company understand that, and see that they job gets done.
