Dee is a grounded, kind soul. If you are looking to try yoga for the very first time, or already love the practice, please come check out her beautiful, comfortable space for a class. You will meet a knowledgeable teacher who takes the time to get to know you and facilitate whatever you need to relax.
Great studio! Welcoming environment. My daughter and I have taken 2 Vinyasa classes and are ecstatic to have found such a great place! The instructor Dee Lyons has great energy, is vocal about peace/inclusiveness, and is extremely knowledgable! We look forward to strengthening our practice here.
