I was at the gym earlier this week when a staff went up to a member and asked to pull their mask over their nose. After the staff left the weight room, that same member had pulled it back down not even seconds later. Their are people who come into the gym without wearing their mask the proper way and it’s becoming out of control. I’ve been a member for over 10 years and it would be unfortunate if I had to cancel my membership due to people not following state regulations. The staff is always friendly and the club is super clean but if you guys can’t enforce the mask policy then you really shouldn’t even be open for business.

If you want to get covid this is the spot. Plenty of people with mask down to chin or below nose, especially in cardio area.nNext day, same problem. People with mask on chin with mouth and nose uncovered. Had to walk out for second day in a row. Refund?

Since reopening the mask enforcement at this gym is terrible! I have seen multiple members work out with masks pulled down and also when they are asked to cover their mouth and or nose by a member of the staff they do so until the staff leaves the room. Mainly the group of older men 50-65 who are there from 7am-10ish daily refuse to wear their masks correctly even when asked to do so and when promoted by staff they wait until staff leaves to pull them down and mock the staff when their back is turned. I’ve been a member here for years and am considering leaving due to this. I can’t speak for other times of the day but this group (one wears glasses( who are there almost daily are making it very unsafe and making many members uncomfortable) I am not sure why it is allowed tos oncitnue when I have seen them be warned multiple times

They try to rip you off. No email or text about reopening. Still charging people a monthly fee. When we tried to cancel, they refused to refund. Cheapass company!!!! I thought about going back once COVID is clear. But no, I rather join some other gym in the area. If they have refunded that $40 they would still have our family's business after this. I am taking my money elsewhere. They don't even try to make people safe. All they care about is profit.
