Ordered 2 pizzas requested them to be well done for carry out. They were not completely baked. One of them were so doughy that it was not edible. The other Pizza was not as doughy but still under baked. After returning the pizza, no apology was given. There was no consideration given toward 40 minutes of driving back forth. I will NEVER eat here again.
Best spot to grab something when in a hurry. Their customer service is quick, prices are convenient, great atmosphere. Highly recommended
Fast and hot, even the drivers their are good people... had a issue with something else not dealing with pizza. And the driver went out of his way to help... thats was very nice and helpful on every level
The pizza was good and made to my request promptly.
I ordered my pizza online. The restaurant ran out of pan pizza and no one called to tell me. When my husband arrived to pick up my order, he was given a deep dish pizza. A worker told him that they ran out of pan pizza so he just made me a deep dish. That was not what I asked for or paid for so I told them to give me my money back. I was told that I couldn't get my money back and that I had to wait 1 to 2 days for my money and reward points to be refunded. This is unacceptable. No one apologized, we left with no food, and I had to spend extra money elsewhere. I will never go back to this location again. I'm even considering never eating at another Pizza Hut again because of how we were treated by the worker at the store and the person we talked to on the customer service line.
