Wasn't paying much attention to the time. Drove past and decided we wanted smoothies. We took a few minutes to decide on our order. It wasn't till I sat down to wait for my smoothie that I realized we walked in at closing. And our delay in ordering actually kept the store open.nThe staff was wonderful and didn't rush us. I wouldn't have known if I didn't glance at the door. Sorry for being 'those' customers. Thanks for the delicious smoothies and the excellent service.

I order online to pick up. This location is in a great place. Limited parking, friendly staff that greets you every time you come in, clean store, clean restrooms, and great smoothies.

The smoothie was watered down and the manager Gio Tutiben was not willing to remake the smoothie. Stating store policy. He did not offer a refund either. There was no compromise in providing a satisfactory solution.

Walked in and said, “hello”, the three black girls did not say one word. In this day and tine, customer service is imperative and money not spent is money not earned. To the owners, as a small business owner myself, you need the business to survive or your doors will be closed. Change your hiring process and hire those that take pride in your business. To think we were about to purchase 50- $10 gift cards for our fitness center members.. Tropical Smoothie, here we come..
