This is the closet location to my house so I have given them several chances and every single time it's a bad experience I think this will be my last time eating here. Need new employees. Always something wrong with the cooking of the pizza as you will see with my attached photo of a falling apart deep dish that had to be eaten with a fork. Horrible location.
I gave a 3 just because of price. I ordered a classic cheese and an EMB pepperoni. I was told 5 minutes. Took 20. The classic cheese was burnt, and the EMB was cheese, not pepperoni. It was good, but not what I ordered. The classic cheese being burnt was a let down. Oh well. The guy at the counter was nice and polite, but he seemed to forget that I was waiting. In his defense, there was a steady flow of customers though.
Service has never been great! Stopped going a few months and of course nothing changed but the employees and they are no better. Pizzas were not done. Pepperoni cheese bread was burnt around the edges but raw in the middle. Mushrooms had to have came out of a can because they were still dredged in water on the pizza and looked like they were thrown on after the pizza came out. Overall, very poor on taste and service.
I tried the hot wings for a change. They were delightful: heat hot and pepper hot. The people were nice and friendly. The service was great. I will definitely visit them ☺ again!
