I ordered online, large pizza with wings, delivery.nIt was so easy to order.nI don't know who they have cooking for them at the Jefferson storenbut my pizza was the best it was cooked perfect.nThe wings were right on point as well.nI had my food within less than 40 minutes after I order.nThank you Jefferson Pizza Hut for great service and amazing food.
Got me some wings of corse. Large supreme pizza. It was good while it was hot.
Ordered our two pizzas on the app. Pulled up and was told our order had 20 more minutes left. This is after showing up around 20 minutes after placing order. They got the order wrong and promised giving us the wrong pizzas (2) for free and making two new ones right way. They brought the pizzas out to us and there were only three boxes. My wife looked and they didn’t give us the wrong pizzas as promised. They gave us a large box with 2 bread sticks in it and two pizzas that looked like a three year old made them. I’m sticking to Dominos ..... At least they can provide good customer service and get my order right. Hell, frozen pizza from Kroger can do better than this. This is not my first bad encounter. I guess it’s my fault for thinking they would get better....
Ordered meal at 745pm with tracking. Never received and alerts until 10pm. I called and they said that my order was waiting to go out that they only had 2 drivers. This was during the week. When the food finally arrived it had been sitting for 2 hours and was disgusting . If you know that an order is not going out for a while, why make the order 2 hours in advance. No calls to advise status. I think we are finally done with Pizza Hut.
The Pizza Hut in Jefferson Ga is TERRIBLE! Worst service ever and they stole my ccd info and made fraudulent charges to it! Do not trust them.
