Gym has it all including staff. Staff very supportive. Best price for a gym this size too. No appointments needed to come workout, unlike other gyms during this covid time.

Bayshore Athletic Club has been an extremely safe place to workout during the pandemic. The gym is incredibly clean, there are ample cleaning supplies, and everyone wears a mask.

Walking into this place you feel like your walking into a sports arena. You feel overwhelmed with the overall size and the variety of equipment available. The owners certainly took their time to cover just about every corner of this massive facility.nnAlthough I'm not a regular member @ bsac, I do like to come here sometimes to break up the monotony of seeing the same people all the time at my regular gym. A day pass @ bsac is $10 which I found reasonable considering most places charge $15 - $30 for a day pass. There are pre/post workout drinks available at counter for sale but prices may vary.nnWhat's interesting was the layout. Most places you'll find cardio equipment dominating the entire gym floor but not here. As soon as you walk in you will find the cardio equipment at the far right hand corner. You will find treadmills, stairmaster (my favorite), ellipticals, bikes and rowing machines. The plate loaded equipment and machines brands are a combination of icarian, cybex, hammer strength and paramount for those who are equipment enthusist but I'm old school. I prefer the old nautilus equipment myself.nnAnyhow, the lockers are not wide, I didn't have any issues fitting my stuff and my nephew's stuff in one locker. They have shower's available but I usually wait till I get home to take one. I can't recall if they have a sauna but you can always check the website if that is a must have.nnOverall Bsac, is a good facility. Endless amount of equipment but I do think they need an equipment overhaul do to the years of wear and tare. The color scheme of the equipment is a bit retro and outdated. There are endless possibilities of what you can put in a facility this size. You can divide it up to fit any style of fitness from CrossFit to strongman and of course bodybuilding.

Tons of space, equipment, and class options. Great atmosphere. Good people. Always making small changes and updates to stay maintained, and relevant.

Really large gym, good working equipment, and nice staff! It can get quite hot and stuffy in there especially during the summer. There are ceiling fans but you barely notice it because lack of air flow.nWater fountains each in the women and men locker room, they also have a protein shake counter, lots of TVs at the running cardio station. Locker rooms are pretty clean too.
