Best gym I have ever been to! I tell everyone to go here. Fun and best staff and every class is a lesson, you'll never be thrown in!
This community of people is among the greatest. Everyone shows an insurmountable amount of respect for one another. The classes are made to support all fitness levels. The owners and coaches understand what it means to run a great CrossFit gym: the equipment is well taken care of and updated when needed; the gym is always clean; and classes are always safely run. Love this place!
Beyond the great equipment, great programming, and an amazing overall workout, this gym has built a community that will make you feel like you have a second family! The coaches are amazing and will help you correct movements to reach new goals you didn’t even know you were capable of. Within a week of starting I made a huge achievement that I had been working on for years. Great for every level - beginners to experts!
By far the best CF gym around! Coaching is top notch across the board. If you're looking to try out CrossFit, definitely check them out.
The Cf community at 617 is supportive and fun! The coaching is professional and motivating as well as well versed in education of proper form and safety as well as modifications for all needs.nWithout a doubt worth checking out!
