I always have a great time and respect for this business. Andrea is a top hairdresser, very honest and loyal with all customer. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone looking for a positive experience!
Let’s start with how disrespectful and unprofessional the salon owner is (Andria). This is NOT the first time this happened. Started with on Wednesday trying to book an appointment. I waited for 24 hrs with no response and had to reach out again. She finally scheduled my appointment for 1 pm Friday. At appointment day and time, she rescheduled to come at 2. Then she text again to come at 4:30. I arrive at 4:30, text her to let her know i was in the lobby. She called and said “oh i didn’t know that”. After waiting an hour and half without being serviced i left because 5 hours of my day wasted. My daughter and I also patronized this salon and this is a reoccurring issue. She losses 2 patronizing customers. This stylist is very unprofessional and needs to rethink the name of her salon. Look up the definition of VIRTUE.
Andria changed my appointment time less than 20 minutes before my appointment. I waited in the parking lot 45 minutes, & she still didn't show up at the time she gave me. Not good for business.
My hair style she is the best in the world.
That my style, and the owner does my hair and she is very sweet heart person.
