They are always on point with the haircuts. Very clean and take the time to sanitize all equipment and seats before the next customer. Cleo is my barber and he has never let me down. Keep up the good work!!!
I went to get a haircut and the barber that cut my hair is the second chair on the right once coming thru the door. When I sat in his barber chair I showed him a picture and told him that I want a drop low fade Once he was finished he show me a high top fade and give me his apology ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♂ufe0fI was furious because I was supposed to take professional photos and now I cannot do to my haircut gone wrong. I paid this guy $30 for a haircut that I didn’t ask for I’m the fool but I try to support black own business never will I return because this barber lack of detail instructions.
Great service and price. The staff and atmosphere are fantastic, if it was not that I live in California this would be my regular place. 2nd chair is the spot to be.
Unmatched unprofessionalism. I had an appointment at 10AM yesterday, showed up and had to wait 45 min to get in the chair... 5 patient hours later after my stylist took a whole other client as well as her lunch break, I had to leave at 3PM with my hair not done and another appointment for the following day. I end up taking my own hair down all for my stylist to cancel the appointment one hour before I'm supposed to show up.
I get my Locs done at Gino's Dreadlocs in the rear of the shop. Everyone in the shop is nice and down to earth and every barber is good at their art. They also have a reading corner for kids!
