Ordered two big breakfast with extra syrup got my breakfast but no syrup? How do you plan on people eating pancakes without any syrup? This is the worst McDonalds experience that I’ve ever had! I even called an got hung up on. an called back with my same number an never got an answer. so I called for a different phone an finally got to talk to a manager after calling two time! Will not be eating here again!! I suggest if you like dry pancakes then you can go to the Jefferson McDonald’s and get you some.

Dinner and a show. Children on the team cursing at the manager. Manager telling them to clock out and go home. No one listening or considering the customers. Customers cleaning their own tables because nothing has been cleaned. Cold food, even quarter pounder. Time to clean house out front and back of house.

This is kind of a 50-50 ordeal I do not agree with the way the management runs their establishment there’s 90 employees on the first dayshift but when it comes to the third shift apparently the management believes that it can be ran by no more than four people what’s the big deal here? The nighttime help needs more help. Other than that it’s OK place to eat pretty fast drive-through and it pretty much about 60% of time do not mess up your order

This place has horrible customer service. Half the time I'm told that they are only able to take cash that their card reader is broken this has been an ongoing problem for the past 4 weeks. Tonight I've just been told that they would not be able to take any more orders for the next hour and a half. I'm done with this McDonald's. There is absolutely no reason for this. I understand having computer difficulties and card readers not working however the attitude that I have been given from this place is ridiculous.

I'm glad they were open late. Made fresh coffee for me and my cheeseburger was fresh. A great pick me up on my long drive. Friendly service.
