Customer Service Lacking!nLady in drive thru more interested in her cell phone than getting orders correct.nMcDonald's is not worth me spending my money there!
I'll tell you the drive thru was fairly quick my guess is because they didn't take the time to put cheese on straight 1/2 hanging off the side. I would bet if they were making for themselves they would do a better job. 2 quarter pounders with cheese hanging out the side. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this McDonald’s. Even though most of the staff is teenagers they have always been professional and respectful during my encounters, kudos to management for making sure of that. There’s a wait in the drive thru sometimes but it’s to be expected when it’s the only McDonalds servicing a very populated (and still growing) area. Any order that I’ve had a mistake with was fixed as soon as I bought it to someones attention.
They have gotten my order wrong 10 out of 10 times. Nobody cares and food is usually not fresh. Stays in business due to convenience and volume around the area.
I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and 2 cheeseburgers with 2 large cokes and buffalo sauce. What I got was a 10 piece meal with 1 medium coke, sweet and sour and ranch sauce, no cheeseburgers and a small coke. See what is wrong there?
