Terrible service along with a rude manager. In the background the kids working were doing everything but working. They were very busy laughing and cutting up with each other and nothing was getting done. When the food finally came it was incorrect and looked like it was out together by a 4 year old. It's not these kids fault it's poor management and improper training. It's the managers responsibility to keep the crew working effectively. They should be able to get food out quickly and correct the first time. They were definitely not short handed. Just poor utilization of the team. I only go here if it's the last minute. I always avoid it and use a different location. Also when the person at the window swipes your card they should not walk off and leave the window out of view to do other things or talk to people. The card needs to stay in site.

at this place sometimes you have to double-check the sauces. today I asked for ketchup for all of my kids chicken nuggets and I repeated it again at the window. The lady said oh there it's in there. I said okay but I parked in the parking lot when I opened up the chicken nuggets, one of the packs only had five and I had to ask for six which is I understand people can miscount. But there was no sauces. I had to go back around to get the sauces and when I asked for an extra one sweet and sour sauce they had the nerve to charge me $0.25. again I understood I said well you shorted me the chicken nugget oh we have to see that to get an extra one. My kid had already been eating it. Not very helpful people.

This restaurant is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I I need a good lunch, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. extremely good and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.trained staff, and pleasant ambience. Not less important, the price is reasonable. I praise this restaurant with no hesitation.

No sure what's going on here. Sunday mornings is the best day to go for decent service. Some of the Staff do not seem to concern themselves with customer service.
