My kids love this place! It's kind of on the expensive side so go when you have plenty of time to stay and play. No matter how long we stay, it isn't long enough! The best part for me is always the massage chairs. They are really great and surprisingly cheap.

The membership is totally worth it. My kid comes here to kill an hour or two and has a blast. Staff is super sweet as well, very helpful and are always easy to ask for help.

Pretty fun place for young & adult. Just when you thought you were in shape this place will test you. Only problem is that they let it get out of hand with the amount of people they let allow in so it can get insanely crowded on the weekend. Also need to be better prepared for hosting parties. Hire more associates

The place has really gone down hill quickly. I imagine if this were your first time here you’d be impressed. If you’ve been here before you’ll notice the difference. The staff seem to have an indifferent attitude and mostly talk amongst themselves. I was here almost 2 hours and never saw a single thing wiped down or cleaned. The tables in the eating area were disgusting. The table we sat at, we went to go get supplies to clean it ourselves and the team never even offered to do it for us. One of the amusement areas is closed (wall jump). Another ride that usually has an attendant (wipeout) was just spinning and spinning with no attendant in sight. Just seems like there is an abundance of a lack of care or work ethic among the staff. Even the two ladies at the snack bar were joking about someone who asked for a refund about something (while both wore their masks over their chins). I’ll be back because it’s the only option, but I’ll def. explore other options first.

One of my favorite spot to attend with the family. However the people who are at the concession Stand does not value customer service. Kitchen closes 45 before closing which is not communicated until you “think” you’re going to place a food order.nFacility should be cleaned regularly. Lots of trash on the floor during hours of operation.nLocker area is very congested and very crowded. Benches should be Separated from the lockers to avoid over crowding.nOther than that.. the kids love this place!nMask are not enforced
