Janet is the best! Every time I have a question or a problem she helps and makes sure things get done. It is amazing to see how one person can make such a difference with the right attitude. I recommend this place and as long as people like Janet work here, customers will be happy!

I am so grateful for this location and all the help the office staff have provided for me since coming on board to Public Storage. The building inside is older and there are not as clean as I like this but is a storage facility and not a home. I just wish people will throw their stuff away when they don't want it instead of leaving it inside or on the property. But other than that all is well so far
Can't say enough great things about Janet at #08369. I am moving to Roswell from Fort Walton Beach, Fl. And Janet helped with a storage unit, but I asked for one that was to small, Janet changed the storage unit for me and helped me with the Uhaul I had.nGreat customer service Janet!!
We buy all of our packing supplies from Public Storage. Janet is always helpful and professional.
