I walked in at 8:30PM along with another customer. There were only 2 people working in the back, and it was clear they were busy. However, they noticed us and did not say a word. I waited for 14 minutes without even being acknowledged until I got angry and left. This was the WORST customer service I have seen. Absolutely disrespectful. I have been a customer here for years, but will NOT be coming back to this location again. Congratulations. You have lost a loyal customer.
Food was Hot and Ready and Fresh. All three has never happen before. I bought the Italian cheese bread with pepperoni on top. Got damn, got damn, it was good.
Usually get decent food here for a great price, this time I got the pretzel crust pizza and was madly disappointed. There was a solid layer of grease covering the pizza, and then more under the cheese. Since the food is usually better quality I’ll give it three stars, but the pretzel crust is a definite negative 1.
It’s kind of scary that when you order food in these types of places expect what you get. Far as wearing a mask the employer does not, beside having it on there chin. They do not wear gloves when preparing your food. Just watch when you pay your money they will go right back and started making your pizza smh. It’s an older guy there with a salt and pepper beard that always wear a hat. Oh and don’t let me forget the best part. He walks around with the same rag on the side of his hip, not sure if it’s a cleaning rag or hand rag but he always uses it after he makes each pizza, I guess if you was to wear gloves you wouldn’t have this issue. And go right back to the register like nothing is going on. You will be safer making your own pizzas.
Looove this pizza but I ordered 3 pepperoni and they messed up my order and gave me a cheese. So double check your order! Other than that the employees were okay. Could be nicer.nnThanks
