I have ordered from here one time and it was pretty good, I just went with my husband and we got a sub to-go. I get back to my office and realized my sandwich was made wrong. I call them up and was told, I should bring the sandwich back and they can make a new one. I advised I could not leave and they said they would re-deliver me a new one. I was like this is fantastic. Then I was told, don't eat the current sandwich (I wouldn't do) they want it back and then she said it will be over an hour because she is busy, she then said she would call me back for the address and order and hung up. Did not take my name or number. I can respect freaky fast but not at the expensive of being rude and treating people like they don't have time for them. Ill stick with subs from Publix's.

really have been getting bad service from this location for the second time they made my sandwich wrong. i didn't say or do anything the first time , but this time i called and talked with a employee that said they will remake my sandwich and send a new one., the conversation went like what do you want and she sounded like she really didnt want to help to make the situation right. then she hung the phone up. JIMMY JOHNS 1425 MARKET SHOPING CENTER BAD SERVICE !

No covid protocol, they don’t even make their employees wear hair nets. I ordered a sandwich and pickle both of them had hair in/ on it. 0/10 would not recommend.

If freakishly fast is an hour and 30 minutes then they did a good job. Call the store person gave an excuse of why it was not made. Have tried this location before got the sandwiches wrong and still took at least an hour to deliver them. Have tried other Jimmy John's and love them. Will not come back to this one again

I placed an order for delivery and it took over 30 minutes. The shock to me because Jimmy John’s is usually very punctual. I called him to express my unsatisfaction. The woman manager who I was working with was very combative and was not very understanding of my frustration. The poor delivery time I can understand. But the poor customer service is unforgivable.
