I called Unlockit to repair a storm door lock at my home. When I initially called to inquire about their services, I was presented with repair options and estimated prices for each type of repair. I proceeded with scheduling service, and the technician arrived on time - actually a few minutes early. The technician (Jonathan) was professional and kind. The repair was completed within an hour and the invoice was exactly as described by the scheduling office. Hopefully I won't need a locksmith again, but if I do, I'm calling Unlockit.

Hadi came out and worked diligently. He was adamant on getting the keys out of the trunk. He used all the tricks in his sleeve to ensure we got the keys back. Extraordinary service!! I can’t say enough about him and his service. He has a customer for life!
