Loved my experience with Char! She was professional and educational! Went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything about the service before she began. Her Keratin prices are the best around! Others charge more for no more added service at all. If want to get your hair super smooth and get the frizzies out. My hair needed it! She helped that’s for sure! Plus with this treatment my hair drying time will now be cut in 1/2! Saves time and heat! Char did an excellent job. My coworker came to work with this new color. She said make an appointment at Jacqueline Char Salon. The sweetest stylist Char, did my hair. She listened to me about my Hair Drama and she also told me some pointers on my Blowouts during the week. I scheduled to just get a haircut, but she also gave me some cool caramel highlights that I LOVE!!! This woman knows hair and I will be back again!

Before I went to Jacqueline Char Salon I had brittle dry hair. My friend recommended I go see Char. Char did an excellent job on my hair, I did have a hard time getting in because she was booked, but she is the Best. Char cared about my request and I left the salon with soft beautiful New Red Hair. I recommend you get the Keratin. It was a Great experience.

I am not an easy client, but I met Char while in the grocery store. She was so friendly and she knew so much about my hair color. She gave me her card and I called and made an appointment with her. I called her on a Friday afternoon at the last minute and she was able to fit me in. When I arrived she sat me down and spoke to me about what I wanted, and my future goals with my styling. She did an amazing Job on my hair I got an all over highlight with a new haircut and she even took time to show me some styling pointers for during the week. Thanks Char!!!!!!

I appreciate how personable and friendly Jacqueline was but my hair is YELLOW. Point blank. Period. I don’t know what else to do. I went a couple of days before I posted this review because I’ve been toning it day and night using a toner and purple shampoo AND conditioner to no avail. I look like Eminem when he had yellow hair. I’m so disappointed. I allowed myself to be talked into going full blonde when I paid for full highlights to contrast my dark hair. Mistake number one on my part. While the bleach burned my scalp, I continued to talk myself into it that it would look pretty and platinum, which Jacqueline kept saying. She kept saying it would be platinum. It is NOT. My hair is two different colors. Yellow/orange at the top and platinum at the bottom where I had blonde prior (hombre). I’m not experienced in hair so I should’ve known better. Mistake number two. I’m in real estate and I have to go have emergency hair recon this weekend to correct the wrong that has been done to me.nNow. Please note that your experience may differ. Jacqueline was pleasant and kind and we had a wonderful conversation and I saw her last client who had Beautiful hair, but what happened to me should be known to everyone. I had to wrap my hair up in a scarf at work and meetings because I was so ashamed of my hair and it’s terrible look.nnFinal notes: gave 2 stars because of personality and kindness ONLY!!nDeducted 3 stars because of hair emergency I am facing. Wasn’t even worth the money. Should’ve gone to someone I trusted. strong Regret.
