Rudest “manager” I’ve ever encountered (Griffin).nHostile, unprofessional, and unfriendly staff. Several people in the mall told me they won’t go to this location, due to the rudeness of the staff. Will never go back.
Good coffee. Like cappuccino.
Wow super disappointed they wouldn't do the refill for a mall employee like every other Starbucks I've ever been to. Charged me for a whole new drink but I never left the mall. The refill policy was one of my favorite things about Starbucks and the only thing that made it justifiable to pay that much for coffee. Kinda don't want to come here now.
This is the worst Starbucks!!! They make horrible drinks and get upset if you ask to remake them. I asked for a refund and left, don’t ever go to this one inside the store find one outside of the mall.
Opens and closes at weird times.nnEdit: this place is permanently closed now. Probably due to weird hours. The staff were always lazy and never accommodating.
