Been visiting this McDonald’s for over 30 years and seen the efficient, the pleasant and the lacking over time. This morning all 3 of the employees were professional, engaging and moving line along. Good teamwork, Crew!
I ordered a quick burger and fries, and boy did they receive it. I understood that it was later in the evening, and didn't mind it. The fries, sandwich, and drink came out on-time and hella fresh, so no complaints. They were even cool when I got home, too. I will definitely be back to this location asap! Thanks MCDONALD'S on Rowell rd in sandy springs.
Poor service
The lady on shift here around this time today was very sweet. Great service. Fresh food ❗ thanks you guys. We asked for strawberry cream pie. If they had them. she said yeah. However we got apple pies. Bummer
This has to be one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I sat in line for at least 10 minutes waiting to order and the line just does not move. I was not the only one that left and this is not the first time that I have experienced this. I will not be back. All I wanted was a biscuit and you can tell that this McDonald's does not have it's affairs in order.
