I am taking time out to write a review of this location because I believe in reviews. I have been to this location a few times now and my service has been consistent. Originally when I visited this location I was unsure of what I wanted to purchase as it was my first time. There is a particular young woman at this location who is the very reason I keep coming back! I’m not sure of her name but she has long braids typically there towards the evening. She is extremely knowledgeable about ingredients and wellness. In speaking to her I could immediately tell she really knows her stuff! She was very patient with me while I made a decision and even pointed me in the right direction based on what I was looking to do. Since that day I have been coming back here and hearing her with other customers (some pleasant, some not) she remains very professional at all times. With so much going on today it’s a breath of fresh air to have such a great experience with a professional, knowledgeable employee like this young lady. I hope that she’s valued because she’s definitely a leader in my opinion. Keep up the GREAT work, I’ll be back!

Do not go this location. We arrived at 5:40 on a Sunday to order an açaí bowl. The girl said “we close at 6:00” (to my 17 year old daughter). I said “ but it’s 5:40, not 6:00.” She rudely said “we’ve closed everything down already.” I again replied “ so do you close at 5:40 or 6:00?” My daughter was so flustered so she said she was uncomfortable and didn’t want anything. We went to leave and the girl rudely laughed and said “sorry” as sarcastic as she could. We will never use this location again. TERRIBLE customer service from a lazy staff. If I were the owners and I read this I would fire her...purple hair and all. Only giving 1 star because it would let me leave 0 stars.

Usually have okay service (consistent with no sense of urgency) here. However today started off bad with the poor attitude. Being that I’m standing back and can’t exactly read what’s on the credit card pin pad, I ask a question and get an attitude and she rolls her eyes.nnOnly 1 other customer in here. You’re slow. Be thankful for your job and smile with your eyes.nnUpdate: after resign through the reviews, it seems to be pretty consistent with poor service (attitudes) and very slow service. So my experience I guess was consistent with what I’ve read.
