I have big feet like a size 12 and the ladies working were able to show me all shoes in my size even though wasn't a big selection. the women working in the store were really friendly and they did help me find a pair i like and I did end up buying a nice pair of shoes there. I wish i could have bought more.

I’d been looking for a particular pair of sneakers in my size for months, so when I went to this location and the associate advised me she could order them and that they would be mailed to my house in 5-10 business day I was so excited! 2 weeks later no sneakers, I called lady foot locker to be told there was no order... after multiple emails, live chat and another phone call, was told they never had the item and my order was cancelled the next day, with no notification. So how was the associate able to take my $150!? Now today 3 weeks later I have yet to receive my money and again no sneakers. If my order was canceled the next day, my money should have been refunded the next day. I shouldn’t have to try all lines of communication two weeks after the purchase date, to find out where my shoes are to only be told the order that was canceled without my knowledge but they kept my money. Horrible customer service and a horrible company. Will never shop with them again
