The one place I never have to try on the clothes. The quality of clothing is wonderful. I'm past 55 and their clothes are just young enough without the appearance of trying too hard.

Buyer BEWARE. Worst return policy. Bought online. Returned to stairs just past 30 days. Got store credit. Can only use IN store and NOT online. Don’t have my size in store. Horrible sales and customer service. “Sorry, nothing can be done.” “I don’t know why they do that.” “We don’t carry that size here, you can try other store but i can’t order online for you with your store credit.” Plus size shoppers especially beware - stores don’t always carry plus sizes and when they do limited selection. Ridiculous.

Went to this store yesterday wanted to exchange a jacked that a I got as a gift for my birthday. I found the same jacket another size that worked for me perfectly. When I said I want to exchange to the sales person Michelle she changed her friendly smile to and angry grimace. She told me straight to the face that she is not gonna get her commissions from the exchange and that I had to tell her about it from the beginning so she wouldn’t waste her time on me. Well.. it was my worst experience in the store and I will never come back there because of Michelle
