I went to Pretty Hair Braiding on March 5th. I'm rating them a 3 star for two reasons. I specifically asked for extra small box braids waist length. My braids are bigger than what I requested and they're not all the same length. I was charged $300 specifically for waistline length and I have braids that are bra length. I sent a picture showing the size etc. In my opinion, I feel like because there was so many of us in there my hair was a bit rushed through. All of the ladies were rotating from one head to the next. There was 4 different ladies in my head throughout the night, which could be the reason for the different size braids. When you overbook appointments so late in the evening someone will lack great service. Outside of that all of the ladies were kind and professional. I started to call and complain about my braids but they're neat so it's doable for now.

I love my hair and I'm so glad I came to get my hair done here. The women are very hardworking and professional. I can't wait to come back for some more braids.

I had a 1:30 appt for two french braids with a photo of what I wanted. She explained that the style I chose wouldn't work with my hair thickness and gave me alternative french braid look. I love it!! I will be going in the future.nSidebar: she also did my moms hair (cornrow style with individuals /boxbraids ) and it looks great too.

I don’t mind waiting as far as them bouncing around from client to client, I understand that’s how they make their money. My only issue is the size of the braids, if you asked for small box braid , they will start with small braids on the back and the rest of the braids are different sizes. I don’t have any issues with my braids coming out and I had them for a month now. I just hate how my braids are different sizes :(.
