Other chains of this restaurant are great. This location needs help. I ordered delivery once and the three meat plate came with one rib one slice of cold brisket and they forgot the third meat. Inside the restaurant they give you a better meal but i guess they think if it’s delivery who cares. I will drive further to the other location to do business. Order was very wrong and items missing. Last time I was in the store I ordered a whole rack of ribs and only got 7 ribs. I would just avoid this location, unless you want the headache.
This place has steadily gotten worse and worse over time. Now I refuse to go there anymore. The prices have always been ridiculously high for what you get. But the food used to be good. Now it’s not. My son will eat anything and he won’t even eat the sandwiches. Says they’re too dry and taste terrible. Feel like you’ve been ripped off every time you leave. Bad food, high prices, won’t be long they will be out of business.
Just purchased bulk pork and beef. Tasted great. Prices are competitive. My only issue is this location is extremely dirty. The floors are dirty, sticky, and do appear to have been mopped for weeks. The counters are grimy as are the table tops. The stainless steel counter are dirty as are the lid cover to the side dishes. There is no excuse in a restaurant being dirty. Needs to be cleaned asap. The last complaint is there is no excuse for the staff no to be wearing masks.
Dickeys used to be one of my favorite places in PTC. I can’t believe how fast it has gone downhill. It was extremely dirty. The floors were terrible. The sidewalk outside is much cleaner. The tables weren’t wiped, the bbq sauce station was empty with splatter everywhere, condiments were almost empty, there were no forks, and there were crushed ice cream cones all over the counter and floor. What a shame! I will definitely be sharing my experience with others. I would hate for anyone else to be so disappointed.
Food is good but customer service was lacking. Purchased a large order for delivery and only received the meat and no sides. Tried for at least an hour to contact them to rectify but could not get a hold of them. Will not be dining at this establishment anytime soon
