Best pizza in PTC, by far!!nThese folks use top shelf ingredients and a delicious crust. Complex orders come out right and on time. The staff is friendly and always add little things that are needed to enjoy the meal.nAND, did I mention the pizza bowls? For those that watch the carbs, this is the answer...and so delightful!!

You have lost our family as a customer. Worst customer service ever. Called and asked what they do when they delivered the wrong order and was told by the person that answered the phone that they were adamant they sent the right order. Adamant- He even said that he remembered cooking only one Pepperoni pizza and that he was looking at it in the store so I couldn’t even have a pepperoni pizza. We ordered two cheese pizzas and they were refusing to fix the order. I was called a liar. I had to take a picture by my own doing and ask for a phone number to send it to. After being called a liar and sending this picture the person then said ‘oh I guess it does have pepperoni.’ He said that they would send out another pizza and give us a $10 credit. The pizza that they were supposed to send out to correct the order was not even delivered an hour and a half later, I had to call the store and check and they forgot to send it out, I was told they were going to make it and send it out. My kids are in bed sleeping before it was delivered. There’s no way I was allowing that to be what it was...I asked to speak to a manager because of the way that I was entirely disrespected. Not only did they mess up the pizza up - the salad dressing was wrong and there was missing parts of the salad but I didn’t even complain about that because that was mine, not my kids. The manager Was supposed to call me in the morning the next day and I had a call the store at 530pm to find out that the manager said he was too busy to call me. The conversation with the manager was pretty much laughable but I received a refund.I find the store to be laughable And it seems to be run by people that have no idea how to treat customers. This is the worst customer service! Never will I go to this restaurant again. One and done.

Marcos you officially lost a customer today! We ordered from this location a week ago and the food was cold, burnt, late and just all wrong. As disappointing as it was we sucked it up, did not complain and figured it was maybe just a bad day.nToday we placed another order (cause I believe in second chances) and it was better however we usually don’t like to leave a tip until we get our food. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to the door as the girl was delivering to give tip. 15 min later I receive a text message from them stating it was rude I didn’t tip! Absolutely unacceptable and rude!! Who does that?! Will never order from them again and advise others not to as well.

Sorry guys, I like the pizza I just can’t get you to stop cutting my thin crust pizzas into little tiny annoying squares. I’ve ordered it that way online and on the phone, same little stinking squares... BLAH!

It is always great Marco's pizza at the Peactree City location. Excellent service is a guarantee!
