Had a appointment for a perm and cut, spoke with two people and explained what I wanted only to get there and have Jordan tell me she didn’t feel comfortable because my hair was too long! I explained that I know it’s long but I want it cut to my shoulders then permed and she still said she wasn’t comfortable smh I drove 30 minutes just to have my time waisted. Very unprofessional

I went to Jordan to dye my hair back to my natural color from box dye. She was intimidated by lightening my hair so she just darkened my roots and there was still a straight line from my natural color to the box dye. When I said it looked odd she just disagreed with me. I wouldn't go to her for trying to lighten hair.
The best place to go to refresh your look. They've been refreshing mine for 10+ years. They've got your hair, eyelashes, facials and nails covered. And the staff is as sweet as freshly baked pie!
