Had a lovely experience. Mike did a great job explaining all the little details about the car. Rotimi who ended up selling us the lease did a great job as well . He worked with us and took the time to get the deal my boyfriend and I wanted without being pushy . All around great experience .
Dave G was great from the service department. He kept me abreast of the repair throughout the whole process and when I had a question he always responded quickly. The text feature is very convenient, loved communicating in that way so I don’t have to stop and answer the phone if I’m at work.
We have worked with Mike on 2 leases now and will continue to as long as he is there. His attention to detail and positive attitude makes the car buying process a delight. Thank you Mike!
They took a walk in ahead of me when I had an appointment and a very busy day of other appointments scheduled. I think they did it because it was a cute little blonde girl probably named Ashlee. Its not her fault, but I arrived before her and she should have waited her turn. I had to reschedule my appointments and my only day off was therefore spent sitting in your crowded waiting room which is the last thing anyone wants to do.
Absolutely the best Hany was awesome, on my third car with quirk, only one beef I have is they had to let my man Tommy Yee go due to COVID, but Hany did exactly what I asked him to do , what a wonderful experience at Quirk . QUIRK WORKS for you!! NO DOUBT!!!
