I recently had an accident during a heavy rain & wind storm and hit a tree branch that fell across the road. I was referred to Ryan, from Jannell Collision Center by Dave, from Jannell Ford. Ryan was very professional and pleasant to deal with during this upsetting experience. I’m very happy with how the work turned out and how promptly it was done....Great Job guys!
As always Jannell Collision never disappoints! My car was rear-ended again but this time while it was parked. The other driver stepped on the accelerator instead of the brakes and hit my car. I was 100% satisfied and happy when they fixed my car 2 years ago, so I went back to them and had it fixed and I was happy I did. They did a good job! My car was polished, vacuumed, and looked good as new. No trace of that unpleasant day! I highly recommend them. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
Ron, Tina, and Ryan were superb! After getting in an accident I called around to many shops, as I had been burnt before. They were straightforward, honest, and took the time to educate me so I could make the best decision. They did an awesome job on the extensive repairs to my car, and stand by their work! If you need a repairs done, be sure to give them a call.
Four stars because I've only been there twice but very happy both times
Excellent service. Gave me a quick quote, explained procedures, and worked with my insurance company to keep me within a budget so I was not surcharged. I was even brought out back where I was showed exactly what would need to take place on my vehicle (another vehicle with similar damage was being fixed). They even vacuumed up my vehicle so it was in better shape outside and inside.
